Statement from the Decide Platform

In a context widely contested at national, regional, and international levels, the DECIDE Platform, a Mozambican Civil Society Organization, expresses its deep repudiation of the participation of representatives of the Mozambican State in the inauguration ceremony in Tanzania. This act takes place at a time when Tanzania faces serious violations of the democratic norms of the SADC region and international principles of respect for human rights.
